The Institute of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Warsaw is one of the leading anthropological centres in Poland. The main areas of interest for the institute’s researchers include studies on tradition, religion, childhood, globalization, mobility, gender, and sexuality. The Student Scientific Circle of the Institute of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Warsaw, known as \u201cEtno,\u201d is a continuation of the Scientific Circle of the Department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, one of the oldest and most active scientific circles at the University of Warsaw, established in the 1970s. The members of the Circle are students of ethnology, as well as individuals from other fields interested in anthropological issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
