Childhood summer: days spent outdoors and aimless wandering. Wowa and Roma, though they try to act like adults, remain children at heart. They are spending the last days of their holidays in their hometown, Kramatorsk in Ukraine. However, a carefree summer is impossible so close to the front lines. Explosions, air raid sirens, and military patrols on the streets cast a shadow over their reality. Although everyone around them tries to carry on with life, the war is an ever-present reminder each day. Despite the difficult circumstances, the children still try to play and go on adventures.
